Style of Service and Primary Operation
  1. The service provider shall provide the service of transportation with Mercedes Benz, Toyota Camry, and van for the hotel.
  2. The provider shall have its staff at the service counter to serve the clients as well as to coordinate with the hotel.
  3. The service provider shall provide and issue such voucher for the clients.
  4. In case the clients not easy to pay cash to the service provider, the provider shall let the clients charge with the room service whereas the provider shall collect the sum from the hotel later on.
  5. The service provider shall take the clients transfer in and out whereas the provider charges its service reasonably upon each situational service provision.
  6. In case of the clients do not show up whenever they check-in or not check-in, the hotel will have to pay the service provider 50% of the service charge.
  7. In case of unpunctual clients as informed, the provider shall delay to such unpunctual for 4 hours.
  8. The provider reserves its right upon the cost or the regulation that may changed any time appropriately.
  9. The service shall be provided everyday not exception with holidays and any festival days-off.
  10. The service provider shall practice under the regulations and instruction of the hotel strictly.
  11. The service provider shall provide the service to hotel's clients politely and ready as if it were the hotel staff.
  12. The service provider requests the hotel provide the facility for parking, meal and accommodation to its staffs work in the hotel.
  13. In case of insufficient car for the service, the provider shall provide the equal qualified or better cars to fulfill the hotel requirement.
  14. For immediate reservation, the provider shall provide the car within an hour and a half.
  15. In case of the service provider's late or not present punctually, the provider shall offer free of charge service or half price service to such client of that time.
  16. The payement for the limousine services can be received by the driver.

Hotel Remuneration

  1. 25% of the total income from the whole client treansport shall be benifit of the hotel by the service provider.
  2. The General Manager shall have his right to take 4 trips to the airport monthly at free of charge.
  3. 50% charge but limited only. B.10,000 for hotel used is offered to the hotel.
  4. The service provider shall provide drinking water and cool sheet-cloths for the hotel clients.
